These are my go-to ingredients that I currently use. So rather than showing the photos each and every time, I’ve decided to list them here.
I don’t know the difference between the different oils, and you should probably use a different oil depending on the dish, but I can’t taste the difference, so whatevs. Olive oil is good for you, so that’s good enough for me to use it 👍
I use this already minced garlic, coz I couldn’t be bothered chopping up cloves 😂
I use these oval ones, as they’re the cheap ones at our local supermarket. They’re probably a particular type of cherry tomato (red honey, perhaps?), but I don’t know or care. Whatevs 😂
I just use sea salt in all my dishes, the white stuff that everyone knows as salt 😂 I can’t tell the difference between the different salts, so I just go with good ol’ standard sea salt 👍
